I made this for a f...Thanks for this GREAT recipe! I made this for a family gathering and it is beautiful! I had quite a bit of leftover raspberry puree/fluff and icing so I made another half batch of cake batter and made cupcakes for the kids with the raspberry fluff on top and a dollop of icing on that with a fresh raspberry on top. Super cute! The only trouble I had was that I couldn't get the raspberry puree through the strainer. It was too thick. So, I skipped it and went with it as is and it turned out great. My food processor is a monster though and pureed it really well.
